🕒 When Will My Order Be Processed?
We’re committed to getting your Transformify products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Before completing checkout, please confirm all order details (product, size, quantity), as we cannot modify or cancel orders once placed.
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days, then shipped the following business day. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take longer.
📦 Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.
International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
As the buyer, it’s your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and provide any necessary documentation to customs or the courier service. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, Transformify cannot offer a free replacement. A new order must be submitted.
📬 Delivery Expectations
Packages may be delivered by your local postal service or courier, and can arrive with your regular mail. If you're not home at delivery, a notice card may be left with pickup instructions.

🌍 Customs, Taxes & Fees

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products comply with your country’s import laws. Transformify is not responsible for customs refusals or confiscations.
💳 Currency & Foreign Transaction Fees
While prices may display in your local currency for convenience, all transactions are processed in USD at checkout via secure platforms like Stripe, PayPal, or others.
Your bank or card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee or use an alternate exchange rate. Transformify does not cover these charges.
❌ Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please reach out immediately. However, due to our fast processing system, changes cannot be made once the order is packed or shipped.
⚠️ Global & COVID-19 Delays
Due to ongoing international restrictions and COVID-19-related disruptions, some shipments may take longer than expected. While we work with trusted carriers, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds Policy

🔄 Returns
We want you to love your Transformify purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

Hazardous or flammable items (e.g. certain oils, sprays)
⚠️ Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Processing time: Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔁 Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, email transformefy@outlook.com with photos of the issue. Once approved, you’ll be sent a return address.
🎁 Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once your return is processed.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
📦 Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, you’ll be given a return address.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or adding shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
